2)No limits on coverage
Franchisee’s duty to obtain and maintain, or cause to be obtained and maintained, the foregoing policy or policies in the sums established shall not be restricted in any way by reason carpet cleaning cheap of any insurance that might be kept by Aussie Home Cleaning, nor shall franchisee’s performance of that obligation relieve it of liability under the indemnity provisions set forth in this deal. Franchisee may keep such additional insurance as it might consider advisable. Such additional coverage and higher policy limitations as may reasonably be stipulated for all franchisees from time to time by the franchisor on the site, the guide, in Exhibit A hereto or in writing. Franchisee must preserve all other insurance required by appropriate state or state law.

3)Duty to get
The franchisee’s duty to obtain and maintain insurance policy or policies as specified by the franchisor, shall neither be restricted in any way by reason of any insurance which may be kept by the franchisor, nor shall the franchisee’s performance of this duty relieve it of liability below the indemnity provisions set forth in the franchise agreement.
Should franchisee, for any reason, fail to procure or maintain the insurance required by this agreement, as described from time to time by the manual or otherwise in writing, franchisor shall get the right and authority (but no duty) to procure such insurance and to charge same to franchisee, which bills, together with a fair fee for franchisor’s expenses in so acting, shall be payable by franchisee immediately upon notice from franchisor.
4)Failure to keep
Should the franchisee, for any reason, fail to procure or maintain the insurance required by the franchise agreement, as revised from time to time for all franchisees on the site, the manual, or otherwise in writing, the franchisor shall have the right, at its option, to procure such insurance and to charge the cost to the franchisee, which charges, together with a reasonable fee for the franchisor’s expenses in so acting, shall be payable by the franchisee instantaneously upon the franchisee’s receipt of written notice.
Risk management
Operating a company in today’s litigious society creates many unique challenges to you as a franchisee. Properly handling the level of threat with your business will yield stability and both increased gains. Managing danger covers many groups including product safety, job site safety and employment.
–Follow the TOS of your franchisor. Certainly communicate the scope of the services that you plan to provide in your cleaning deal. Suits usually arise where there is a difference between expectations of service. Manage concerns or complaints of the service agreement in an expeditious manner. It may help to keep your company transactions from including litigation or claims while clear and truthful communication may create friction.
